Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Prepayment for the entire stay must be made within 3 days of booking. In case of no-show or cancellation of the reservation later than one day before arrival, a penalty will be charged in the amount of the cost of the first night's stay.

All hotel guests are provided with a free shared bus transfer from the airport or railway station in Simferopol to the hotel and back. Buses run on schedule.
