ОЧЕНЬ хорошие люди на ресепшене. Огромный номер с просторным балконом, 3мя ванными комнатами(!!!), кухней и стиральной машиной. А главное - потрясающий вид из окна на Каир и на Нил. Бассейн прекрасный. Плавала каждый день по утрам.
Грязно. В моей ванной безбожно текла лейка душа. Мало посуды в кухне, вернее, почти нет. И вообще, видно, что отель явно знавал лучшие времена. По человеческим меркам - это дедушка, по которому даже в его преклонном возрасте видно, что когда-то он был красивым и богатым мужчиной.

Заселение прошло быстро, поселили в suite бесплатный апгрейд от отеля, номер огромный с двумя спальнями и тремя санузлами, а также был кабинет и кухня) всё бы хорошо, но мебель уставшая и ковры тоже, но это мелочи)) кровать удобная) обслуживание в номерах отличное, завтраки превосходные, персонал выше всяких похвал)) бассейн немного холодноват, место для загара хорошее)) вокруг отеля инфраструктуры нет, только набережная) гулять приятно вечером
Немного устаревший номерной фонд, номер был очень большой и одной там находиться было некомфортно, но это не минус отеля, а личное восприятие пространства))) очень шумел кондиционер который расположен рядом с кухней

Нам повысили номер до сьюта , но там тоже была довольно обшарпанная мебель. Зато персонал в высшей степени дружелюбные , проактивные и всегда готовы услужить . Решили все вопросы быстро и качественно ( у нас тормозил интернет, проблема была решена ). Расположение в деловом районе Каира , рядом с центральным банком , достопримечательности в пешей доступности ( если вы любите пешие прогулки , то 2-3 км это не проблема ) . Зона у бассейна хорошая территория , вода в нем теплая , вид приятный на Нил . Дороговато в соотношении цена - качество .
Отель старый , очень уставшая мебель и утварь .
