Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the checkout time is 11:00. Checkout between 11:00 and 12:00 will be charged at GBP 25. Checkout after 12:00 will be charged at GBP 50. The guest making the booking must provide matching payment details and identification otherwise we may not be able to process the booking. "The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person’s ID and credit card, before 3PM on the day of arrival." Guests are required to complete and submit an online hotel registration form with an attached copy of their government issued photo identification and the card used for the reservation, before 3Pm on the day of arrival.
