Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

The deposit will increase between 28 December and 8 January depending on the date of arrival.

If guests need extra space on different beds, then each set of bed linen will cost RUB 500.00. One bed - one set.

The surcharge for a guest over 4 people is RUB 500.00 per day. The number of people for which the payment is made can live. The cost depends on the number of guests, the season, weekends and holidays. Accommodation is possible from 2 days.

Placement rules:

A passport is required for booking. The deposit is returned after cleaning the apartment, subject to safety, absence of damage to property and compliance with the rules of residence. Check-in from 3 PM to 9 PM. Check-out before 12:00 PM.

Early/late check-in, late check-out are negotiated in advance, provided if possible and for an additional fee.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, including hookah and all types of other cigarettes;

-provide sex services;

-live with animals;

- arrange noisy parties.

It is necessary to keep silence from 10 PM to 9 AM.
