Near the house there is a pond with a beach. In summertime you can swim in it.

Also, for an additional fee, a bathhouse is available to guests. It has a rest room, a font with ice water, a steam room, a pouring bucket, a shower and a bathroom.

No more than 16 people are allowed in the house.

Smoking cigarettes and hookahs is allowed only in the smoking room and outside.

Rent a bathhouse — RUB 1500.00 per hour, broom — RUB 500.00 per piece. The minimum time of bathhouse rental is 2 hours.
