Location

Tsarskaya Usadba Guest House is located on the shore of Lake Otradnoe, near the village of Kutuzovskoye.

At the guest house

The recreation center is a wooden cottages in a closed area of 12 hectares, suitable for various companies from 4 to 30 people.

Each house is equipped with everything necessary for cooking and long-term living. The houses are also equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, each guest is provided with a set of bed linen and towels. For leisure on the territory there are: a bath complex, a playground, an indoor football field, a volleyball court, a boat station, bicycle and cheesecake rental (depending on the season), a coffee shop, a church and much more.

The houses are located far from each other. Near each house there is free car parking and a barbecue gazebo. It also has its own access to the lake, where you can go fishing.

"Standard" cottage - up to 6 people;

Cottage "Comfort" - up to 8 people;

Two-story cottage with 6 bedrooms - up to 18 people.
