Liquid soap, towels and bed linen are provided. A washing machine and a microwave are located in the common hallway.

Individual check-in and check-out to apartments are organized. For long stays, free cleaning is provided once a week. In the courtyard of the house there is free parking. Wi-Fi is available on site.

The deposit is refunded after check-out and inspection of the maid's (approximately from 12:00 to 14:00, subject to the specified rules of accommodation).

After making the prepayment, the guest receives the exact address, codes from electronic locks and video instructions for them.

Upon arrival, the guest transfers the remaining amount, sends a receipt and a passport photo.

It is forbidden to stay with children and animals.

Smoking, drinking alcoholic beverages and noisy events are prohibited.
