Location

Grand Kruiz Hotel is a modern complex located on Pionersky Prospekt in a quiet area of the village of Dzhemete on the first coastline relative to the sea. The distance from the hotel to the sandy strip is about 90 meters, the width of the sandy strip is 150 meters. On a leisurely walk, guests can walk from the hotel to the Dzhemete market, about 900 m. The center of the Anapa resort is about 5 km away.

In the hotel

The hotel has an outdoor heated swimming pool 18x15 sq.m. with a children's section. The hotel has a children's playground equipped with playgrounds. A variety of animations are held daily throughout the day.

There is a Swedish line located on the inner territory of the hotel, which will amaze guests with a large number of dishes. Guests can also use the bar service in the pool area for an additional fee. In the lobby bar in the lobby of the hotel, guests can enjoy a relaxing time with a cup of coffee.

The safety of guests is ensured by their own security service. All rooms are equipped with electronic locks.

Guests are required to pay a deposit of 20% of the booking price. The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is canceled less than 5 days before the date of arrival.

In case of cancellation of a prepaid reservation, please contact the hotel for a refund. Refund is possible only on the original refund application. The hotel accepts children of all ages.

When using existing beds, 1 child under 4 years old can stay in the room free of charge.

The second child under 4 years old will be charged 50% of the standard rate per night when using existing bedding.

In the main place, regardless of age, the guest is accommodated without discounts.

Provision of an extra bed:

- child under 5 years old: free of charge.

- second child under 5 years old: 50% discount from the cost of the main place for accommodation, free meals

- child aged 5 to 12 years: 40% discount on the price of the main place for accommodation.

- adult or child from 12 years old: 30% discount from the cost of the main place for accommodation.

According to the Government Decree No. 1853 of 11/18/2020 (clause 18), Minors under the age of 14 are required to check in the hotel with the documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians). If the accompanying persons are not legal guardians, they are required to provide the notarized consent form of the legal guardians (one of them) and the birth certificate of the minors. Minors aged 14 or above, in the absence of legal representatives next to them, are required to check in the hotel with his/her identity document and a notarized consent form from the legal guardian (one of them).
