Transfer requests:

Arrival transfer is upon request, and we need notification of full arrival details, in written, at least 48h prior your arrival. It is an extra service, that has an extra cost of 25 euro per way for 2 people, in semi private basis. For transfers, between 00.00am to 06.00am there is an extra fee of 5 euro on top of the previous mentioned rates. For port pickups/drop off rates are 30 euro per way for 2 people ( + 5 euro for the times mentioned above).

* in case that your transfer is included in the offer you have booked, it still needs notification at least 48h in advance, in written, for our transfer department to arrange it for you.

***for safety and security reasons, transfer has to be directly by the guest to the reception. So in case a travel agent needs to book a transfer, guest has to pay for it.

Visitor’s Tax

Greek authorities have decided that, from January 1st 2018, a visitor’s tax will be charged to hotel guests. For the hotels, such as our hotel, the tax will be 0,50 Euros per night. This fee is not included in the room rate and it's payable at the reception upon arrival.

The offers are not cumulative. Our system provides you in the total to be paid amount the rate that includes the best available discounts.

Any future change at the rates that the hotel is offering, will not be reflected or accepted in any already booked reservation. That means that all agreed rates cannot be modified, either higher or lower depending on the actual rate that is displayed on the website. The hotel is not obligated to accept any rate modification based on any new rates that are reflected after a reservation has been done, as we reserve the right to modify the rates accoding to the hotel's policy.

All prepaid & non refundbale offers are in non modification /cancellation policy.

*As per Greek Government regulatory, for any booking cancellations due to Force Majeure conditions, guest is eligible to a voucher equal to the deposit charged that is valid up until 18months after the scheduled departure date.

In case the voucher is not redeemed within this time-frame, the property will issue full refund of any deposit charged and is associated to this booking reference.
