Месторасположение дома отличное: пляж через дорогу, пешком до старого города 10 минут, рядом супермаркеты, рестораны. Большой балкон с видом на море. Есть вся необходимое для готовки техника и дешевая посуда.

Запаситесь хорошими берушами: звукоизоляция слабая, в доме в квартире сверху живут молодые люди с двумя собаками. Часто музыка по ночам, но самое ужасное - собаки лают и днем, и ночью. Отсыпались на пляже и по дороге на экскурсии. Плохой интернет, не рассчитывайте на комфортный просмотр видео или звонки по FaceTime. За 10 дней проживания нам ни разу не поменяли белье и полотенца (заявлено раз в неделю). На вопрос о возможности попросить дополнительные полотенца для пляжа хозяин даже не ответил. Сутки ждали второй комплект белья - нас было двое, мы не пара и не планировали спать в одной кровати. Есть вопросы к дивану-кровати: раскладывается книжкой, спать можно только строго по середине, если перекатываешься на край, диван переворачивается. В апартаментах все минимизировано, вернее - ничего нет из бытовой химии и для уборки, пришлось купить кучу мелочей: пакеты для мусора, полотенца и тряпки, порошок для мытья посуды, дополнительную туалетную бумагу и пр. В целом, сложилось впечатление, что заинтересованности в какой либо помощи проживающим у хозяина нет совсем - уточнили по поводу трансфера в аэропорт. При стоимости такси 80-100 евро, нам предложили машину за 120; уточнили про поздний выезд - отказ. В итоге наши чемоданы на два часа взяли добрые люди в соседнем турбюро. На сообщения в выходные не отвечают - про сломанный кондиционер прочитали и починили только на третий день. P.S. Какой показательный ответ к моему отзыву оставил хозяин. Нам по 45 лет, мы ложились спать в 22.00, а в 8.00 уже были на пляже, жили тихо, половину дней - были на экскурсиях с раннего утра до позднего вечера. Ни с кем из соседей никогда не виделись. Из-за шума собак старались дома не находится вообще, приходили только спать. Ремонт кондиционера прошел без нас - хозяин отремонтировал его без нашего присутствия дома. Мы оставили после себя идеальный порядок, потратив достаточно денег на это, к сожалению, не додумавшись снять его на видео. Ключей было всего два, два ключа и вернули.

After you checked-out of the property I told to myself: ‘’OK, another problematic reservation is over, the summer season is almost over, so let’s move on and leave it all behind.’’ Now, after reading your review carefully, I cannot help but respond with the most appropriate way that I can: You made a reservation at an apartment in a building with other apartments. So it was from the start clear that we are not a hotel, not a resort. Our apartment costed 67 euros daily while at the same dates the hotels around the area had rates of approximately 130 euros daily. So apparently you were looking for an economical option and chose our last minute special offer and you stayed for 9 nights (not 10 nights) at our apartment. Upon arrival you informed us that you were 2 ladies (not a couple) and you requested to make the sofa bed for you in order to sleep separately. Had you informed us before your arrival we would have prepared for you the apartment accordingly. Still we came to bring you extra sheets as soon as possible. Later you sent us a message that you needed beach towels, iron & hair dryer. Some minutes after that, you sent us again a new message that you found the iron and hairdryer. By mistake we did not notice in your message the beach towels in order to respond right away that we do not offer beach towels. You could send a message reminder and we would respond you about that also. So I am sorry that this information about the beach towels went unnoticed from me and you did not send a new message about it. After that messages, the next day, you told us that the air condition is not working. This message was received Saturday late at night from you. It is of course not true what you say in your review that we do not respond to messages in weekends because Sunday morning we responded!!!! We told you that we are bringing the technician on Monday morning to fix the air condition and also we asked you in our message to tell us if Monday morning between 10:00 – 11:00 is ok for the technician to arrive. You never responded back to us, not at Sunday, not at Monday, never! We were knocking the door and you were not answering us on Monday morning even though we heard noise from the inside of the apartment. It is very difficult to find technicians in August because people in Greece leave for vacations and still we found one available to come and fix your problem only after 36 hours from your message!! Maybe if we brought a technician on Saturday midnight right after your message, you would have been satisfied, but I am sorry, we are just a short-term rental property. We are not a hotel, not a resort, we do not have a reception 24/7, we do not have a technician 24/7. That is why it is possible for us to rent the property in such an economical price. Still we found the solution very soon!! So let’s move on now to other things that you wrote in your review: You said that you had problem with the noise from the other apartment on top from you and that the dogs of this apartment barked at night but you left out of your review that the reason they barked is because you were screaming, shouting (and making other ‘’extreme’’ sounds) until 3:00 in the morning, making it impossible for other people in the building, including the dogs, to rest in peace during the late night hours. I had all the people of the building confirming the noises you made. Also the police called me the other morning to ask about your information in order to file a complaint about you in the police system after this incident. Because - as you can understand - the police was informed from other people of the building about your extreme noises until 03:00. I also choose to leave out of my review not complementary comments about you, from the other people of the building, because they are very bad and should not be posted here. Moreover, cleaning is not included in the special price that you booked the apartment. All our guests either clean the apartment themselves or ask us about the fee for bringing the cleaning company during their stay to do an extra cleaning for them. Kindly also notice that due to covid19 restrictions this year very few people asked for the cleaning service during their stay. For safety reasons. Still you never informed us that you needed extra cleaning and also…. probably you though that for some reason it is ok that you leave trash all over the balcony and leave the bathroom in poor condition. After you checked out we found lots of trash of yours thrown all over the balcony and the bathroom had a lot of blood stains… Also one pair of keys of our apartment is missing after you checked out. You never bothered to inform us about it at all. You write in your review that you did not like the fact that we could not let you have a late check-out and also we were strict about this (!) There was nothing strict and bad about our message considering the late check out. Again, we are not a hotel, not a resort. We do not have spare rooms for luggage storage and we do not own more than only this apartment in this building. It is impossible to accommodate all our guests at the same time! We had new guests arriving at 15:00 (the official check-in time) and you had to check out at the official latest check-out time which is 12:00. We did not ask from you something that you did not already know nor we told you to check out early morning at 09:00. We only informed you to check out the expected time and we informed you in a polite manner. Concerning the transfer charge, yes, our charge is 120,00 euros. Not 80,00, not 100,00. We offer high quality cars and our drivers are multilingual and drive safe and follow all the safety procedures. Also kindly notice that the agency near the apartment where you got to leave your luggage is an agency owned by us. So they were informed by us before you arrived at them to leave your luggage. That is why they agreed to keep your luggage for two hours. Lastly from your review you make it seem as we do not reply or care about our guests which is of course not true! We are always there for our guests in order to provide the best service possible! On the other hand, booking.com can easily confirm the 4 messages before and after you checked out that we sent to you asking about your passport information that you never gave us!!! We need that information to declare our income from your reservation and pay out taxes. Even after our 4 messages you did not bother to reply to us, and still have not! Such a revengeful attitude from your end, and such a low, and not fair at all review to our property could not be left unanswered! The Reservations Manager of ''Margarita Apartment''.
