Hôtel Le Mondon is located in the Imperial district of Metz, just a 5-minute walk from Metz Train Station and 300 metres from the town centre. It has a 24-hour reception and the Pompidou Centre is only 900 metres away.
Each room is decorated in a 'Belle Époque' style and features a TV. The rooms also have free WiFi access and a private bathroom.

Dear Anahit, thank you so much for taking the time to write a comment. We are sorry to read that you did not appreciate your stay in our hotel. However, I would like to clarify the situation on some crucial points: You did get a Double Comfort Bedroom. You asked me and you asked my colleague again later on, and we both assured you that you got the bedroom that you booked. It would be unacceptable to give you a bedroom that would not meet your expectations or that would not be what you paid for . This is why we usually upgrade our customers to better, larger bedrooms but we never do it the other way round. This is why the hotel charged you 71,58€ : This is the rate for a Double Comfort bedroom, which is what you had booked. You did not get the same bedroom as the one on the pictures, but this one was obviously not the only Double Comfort bedroom we have. If you come back to our Hotel, do not hesitate to request the Double Comfort bedroom that we use as a display on our website, and we will happily give it to you :) Regarding the hot water, you came at the front desk and let me know that there was no hot water, and I answered that I would check the taps in your room, and if it happened that you were right I would give you another room so that you could enjoy a nice hot shower. I did enter your bedroom and checked the faucets and the bathtub. After a minute, some hot water flew out, so I considered that the problem was solved. As soon as you came back, you complained again to my colleague about the hot water. In order to reassure you, she kindly went upstairs with you to double check the water, and observed that the hot water indeed came out. By the time you came back from the restaurant, the last double Comfort room had been booked, so unfortunately, she could not give you another bedroom.
