In February, we stayed in an apartment at the Emirates Holiday Homes (director — Patricia Homble). We paid 5000 AED totals, what included 4000 for rent and 1000 for security deposit.

Where we entered the apartment it turned out that the room was not ready. It was in the condition requiring repairing, also was not cleaned after the previous occupant, who, as we later learnt from left documents, left this apartment in September after one year of residence! The walls in many places were scratched and dirty, furniture overwritten, some cupboards were broken. The kitchen was not fully equipped with kitchen utensils. The kettle had a melt plug. At the request to the retrofit the kitchen, Patricia said that everything is very expensive, and if we had wanted to, we could buy utensils for our money, and then take them home with us. My words about that we had enough cookware at home were not convincing. We had to buy a lot of staff for our money.

At eviction Patricia refused to give us a security deposit, inciting on the fact that we left the dirty room and not washed linen. Even so, but cleaning the room and laundry two sets of bed linen worth maximum of 100 AED, and Patricia refused to give us a return of 1000 AED! This room was returned in the condition we moved in, nothing was damaged or broken!

I do not advise to use the services of Emirates Holiday Homes and deal with its director Patricia Homble. This is a very greedy and dishonest woman!
