dear Nana at first don't think that since you are a guest and you have the possibility to put the review, you can say and write what you want without any respect, the review has to be useful for other guests, it has to be true and fair first: the guy you mentioned in your review, is my husband and so he is the owner, this is not a little thing, you didn't pay to a simple guy and you knew this, because when he met you, he introduced himself... second: Payment is by cash everywhere is indicated, if you didn't want to pay by cash, you could book another place third: you wrote that you saw the terminal to debit the card, I'm laughing to read this, do you think that if we have the credit card machine we would ask payment by cash? forth: overpaid ? triple ocean view room total 60$ it's a lot for you? fifth: my garden view rooms, dear Nana, can be called GARDEN VIEW ROOMS, there are plants and trees in front of them, in which way I have to call them? final resume: when the guy (my husband) placed you in that room, why you didn't complaint?, maybe there was another room available or maybe not, but why nothing to say face to face and then to write this kind of review? Really, I don't like guests that: arrive, pay, answer to us everything is ok to our feedback request and then they put on line this review moreover, which were the real problems did you find? in order to put a so bad review?, because I don't understand... no credit card payment?, this is a big problem? no it's not, because you knew before your booking - no good ocean view? why didn't complaint? - overpaid? 60$ triple room, or what else? Moreover the pictures of the rooms, inside the Ebony & Ivory profile are totally true, so everyone, you too, can see which kind of rooms we have, the location in on the beach and the rooms have to be clean every day, indeed you didn't complaint about this so this review has to be respected, but really it's difficult to understand it and share it Laura

good evening this is Laura, At first you booked 2 rooms, but when you arrived you asked for 3 rooms, please note that your stay has been in high season, when there are a lot of arrival, so we took time to check availability for extra room. About lamp burnt in the room, if you asked and my husband forgot to change, you could ask again, is this a really big problem? in Ebony there are no dogs, no cats, no animals, so if on the beach or in other places, you met some dogs and they followed you, is this our fault? this is really crazy... during the night there is a guardian and during the day, many people can see the rooms, so no local guys can arrive in the veranda, because the rooms are on the beach, so we don't understand in which way someone can steal something I resume: you put a bad review, total value 1, for: - 1 towel missing in one room for one day - NO COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS - lamp burnt in one room - WE FORGOT AND I ASK YOU SORRY FOR THIS - dogs followed you - NOT OUR DOGS - flip flops stolen, but it's impossible this happened in ebony you had: - air con in all your rooms without any extra payment Laura
I'm really disappointed about your review - air con + shower gel are not included and they are not indicated in any description - no water in the toilet, why didn't tell us? sometimes things break and sometimes the guests break without any words nothing to say about other things you mentioned because, nothing complained to us Laura
