Расположение отличное, минут 5 от ж/д вокзала. Рядом торговая улица, где можно покушать. Помогли с поездкой в Абу-Симбел (заранее списались по этому поводу). Останавливались на одну ночь. В 4 утра уже выезжали в Абу-Симбел, ланч-боксы отель нам предоставил. Все четко. На одну ночь замечательно.
В номере было прохладно, а кондиционер на обогрев толком не работал. В номере ковровое покрытие, которое однозначно очень давно никто не пылесосил. Ванная комната в стиле 60-х годов, можно было бы и обновить.

Неплохой недорогой отель в самом центре Асуана! Вокруг туристический и базарный старый центр. Завтраки неплохи: к минимальному стандарту ещё дают фрукты, йогурт и более-менее нормальный кофе. Недорого. В номере всё есть. Близко к жд вокзалу и набережной.
Сюрприз ждал в ванной. Это что-то типа сидячей ванны микроскопических размеров. Помыться нормально нереально - я не умещаюсь в этом микропространстве! И лейка душа вмонтирована в стену низко и неудобно.
расположение прямо у рынка, недалеко от вокзала и набережной, приветливый и добрый персонал. отдельная благодарность рускоговорящему консъерж Ахеду.

отель очень близко к вокзалу, цена невысокая, экскурсию в Абу-Симбел организовали хорошо. Бельё чистое
отель старый, напоминает советскую гостиницу без ремонта. жуткий кондиционер, плохая сантхеника

хороший отель для путешественников, чтоб переночевать. Персонал вежливый, всё чисто, чётко. Всё что нужно есть. Но самое главное это расположение: в центре и рядом с большим рынком, на котором всё есть ( если бы мы знали, что в Асуане всё можно купить в несколько раз дешевле, чем в Каире, Шарме, Александрии, Луксоре, то мы бы там столько денег не оставили. На этом рынке можно было всё купить и сувениры, и еду, и чемодан и всё абсолютно такое же, что и в Каире, а цены в 2-5 раз меньше.
сантехника хромает. Звукоизоляция так себе. В 5 утра разбудили пение молитв с улицы, потом долго коты орали. Очень всё слышно.

Отель весьма не нов, многое требует обновления, удобства - базовые. Зато он замечательно расположен - всего в пяти минутах от ж/д вокзала и очень удобен для того, чтобы остановиться на одну ночь до или после поезда. Хочется отдельно отметить работу персонала - дежурный менеджер был очень отзывчив и исключительно вежлив, все просьбы выполнялись мгновенно. Мне нужно было выезжать рано утром - собрал и дал с собой отличный завтрак в дорогу. Спасибо!

Только месторасположение.
Отель внутри древний. Комната тесная. Очень старая и разбитая мебель и сантехника. Холодильник как подобрали с помойки, я таких разломанных ещё нигде не видел. Небыло станков и воды в номере. Исключительно плохое освещение в комнате. Старый и шумный кондиционер. Цена никак не соответствует качеству. В этотом отеле никогда бы вновь не остановился.

Спасибо ребята ! Отель одно из немногих нормальных мест в Асуане.
С обменом валюты проблема. Помещение требует косметического ремонта, напоминает совковые гостиницы.
Рядом вокзал.
Номер "уставший", требует ремонта.

Комфортный номер, удобное расположение, большая удобная кровать, вкусный завтрак
Кнопка смыва в туалете не работала, приходилось поднимать крышку бачка и смывать вручную, до этого ещё додуматься надо. Нет розеток около кровати.
