It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.

Please note a registration form need to be signed, 14 days prior to check-in, by the guest whose name is on the booking confirmation. The form will ask for the primary guests credit card details and an authorisation signature, which will be used for the pre-authorization. Please note that this property is strictly non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is found in the rooms, an additional cleaning fee may apply.

If keys are lost, an additional charge of AUD 100 will be charged.

Please note the swimming pool and hot tub must not be used between the hours of 22:30 and 07:00. The swimming pool will be closed during the winter months between 1 May and 30 September.

Please note that the number of guests should not exceed the maximum number of occupants.

Wood will be supplied for fireplaces and are regularly serviced in line with council regulation when in use.

Fireplaces are unavailable from the 1 October 2017 until 30 April 2018.
