Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Prepayment for the entire stay must be made within 3 days after the reservation.

In case of no-show or cancellation later than one day before arrival, a penalty of the first night's stay will be charged.

All hotel guests are provided with a free general bus transfer from the railway station of the city of Simferopol to the hotel and back. Buses run on schedule. To order a transfer, you must contact the hotel in advance and inform the train number, arrival time and contact phone number. Transfer from the hotel to the railway station must be booked at the hotel at the concierge counter no later than two days before departure.

The cost of an extra bed depends on the season and type of food. Guests need to check the cost at the hotel.
