Dear Sergii, Greetings. Thank you for staying at our serviced residence during your recent holiday in Singapore and for taking time to share your valuable feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and discomfort caused to your friends and you by the series of false fire alarm-activation triggered at our serviced residence during your stay from 22nd OCT 2019 to 26th OCT 2019. We would like to assure you this matter is of great importance to us and we have worked with the relevant parties to have the issued resolved. Regrettably, the series of false alarm-activation were caused by either heavy cooking in the apartment by our guests when they did not deploy and switch on the cooker hoods or errant guests who smoked in our apartments although they had been informed our property is a strictly no-smoking building. Please be informed we have worked on some measures to prevent the frequency of false fire alarm-activations and we have since successfully managed the situation as we have not experienced any false fire alarm triggers since early NOV 2019. We sincerely hope the inopportune incidents will not detract you from staying with us again as we truly wish to create a better stay experience for your friends and you.
