Современный новый апарт-отель, комната не слишком большая, но комфортная, есть все необходимое: кухня, утюг, фен и тп. Очень чисто. Есть услуги прачечной, бассейн, интернет
Далеко от метро, нужно либо ехать с пересадкой, либо выбирать долгий маршрут на автобусе.

Cleaning days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. But on Sunday, the cleaner did not clean, took all the towels from the room and did not put new ones. 15 minutes before the reception closed, they were contacted, told to bring it, and eventually had to go again in the morning… Дни уборки номеров понедельник, среда, пятница. Отличный отель, удобный кухонный уголок, вежливый персонал. 1 км до МРТ Новена, прямо напротив - магазинчик с напитками.
Заявленный фитнес - корнер - это 3 чахлых эллипса и больше вообще ничего, нет ни турника, ни шведской стенки, что для меня было критично.

Новенький отель, открыт два месяца назад. При выборе отеля было важно наличие двух помещений, чтобы во время сна включать кондиционер в гостиной , а в спальне выключить , чтобы не простудится под струей кондиционера . Апартаменты со спальней полностью устроили . Попросила верхний этаж, получила номер на 26 этаже . Как уютно было после целого дня хождения по Сингапуру посидеть на уютном диванчике, вытянув ножки на пуфик, посмотреть на огни города. В апартаментах очень тихо, чисто, светонепроницаемые шторы не пропускают свет, широкая постель с удобным матрацем. На небольшой кухоньке холодильник, микроволновка, плита, набор посуды. На 6 этаже уютный бассейн с проточной водой, работает до 22 часов, вокруг него небольшой садик. При выходе из отеля автобусная остановка, никогда не ждали больше 3 минут, до Марина Бей доехать на автобусе и метро - не более 20 минут.
Еда в комплексе не предоставляется. Магазинчик напротив очень скудный, покупали только молоко,хлеб , сладости и пиво. В пешей доступности фудкорд Whampoa Market, еда недорогая, а вот фруктов немного и дороговатые, манго по 2,5 доллара за штуку, помидоры и баклажаны по 2 доллару за кило. Впрочем, мы на рынке были только один раз, да и то поздно, почти все время просыпали до 10 утра.

Отель еще не весь в эксплуатации. Не все этажи сданы. Отличный ремонт. Небольшая кухня с всем необходимым. Очень доброжелательный персонал , всегда готов помочь. Рецепшен и бассейн на 6 этаже. Первые пять нанимает паркинг. Чисто и комфортно. До центра города на прямом автобусе до центра 30 минут.
Резервировали два номера с друзьями. Заранее при бронировании попросили смежные номера или рядом. В письме ответили, что не смогут предоставить. При заселении выяснилось, что жить будем на разных этажах. Выдали карту ключ от номера и только с ней можно передвигаться на лифте. Но выяснилось, что ехать можно только по трем направлениям : на 6 этаж там где бассейн и администратор, первый этаж на выход и исключительно только на этаж где Вы проживаете. Соответственно попасть к друзьям на другой этаж не возможно. Администратор подтвердила, что это не возможно исправить и мы не сможем ходить друг другу в гости. Останавливались на 4 ночи и планировали завтракать вместе. Это превратилось в квест, по звонку друзья вызывали лифт, он останавливался на их этаже. Заключительную ночь в отеле сработала пожарная сигнализация . В полночь полная эвакуация , пожарные и 1,5 часа ожидания на улице. Выяснилось ложная , какие то сбои. Потом было еще 4 раза. Думаю, такое было в первый раз, так как персонал первый два раза выбегал сломя голову. А потом никто не реагировал, и выходить не просили. Динамик в номере с сиреной и речевыми сообщениями о пожаре не способствовал крепкому сну. У нас это была заключительная ночь в отеле, как дальше развивались события не известно. При выселении перед нами извинились за неудобства ,хотя на мой взгляд это тянет на финансовую компенсацию.

Regrettably, the series of false alarm-activation were caused by either heavy cooking in the apartment by our guests when they did not deploy and switch on the cooker hoods or errant guests who smoked in our apartments although they had been informed our property is a strictly no-smoking building.
