Dear Voldymyr, thank you for taking your time to review us. Unfortunately you do have some complaints which we are sorry to hear. Besides the given discount, you were upgraded for free with Genius from a room with bathroom on the corridor to a self-contained room. We have 4 self-contained rooms, from which 2 have balconies. We do not have the same rooms, they all have their own character and design. We are sorry that you thought the room does not look like what you saw on the site, but I can assure that you did receive an upgrade to a self-contained room. You complained to it directly to booking.com, which is fine of course, so it also gave us the opportunity to explain to booking.com the situation, which they accepted. Next morning we asked you if you would like to check-out as we do not want to let unhappy guest stay, but you said you would want to stay and move to a (bigger) suite room (from which we have 2) in which you have stayed the last 2 days (for free). On the last day you asked if you could check out a bit later and we agreed, as the room was not booked. It is true about the 5% additional when you use your credit card, we will check on booking.com, as this should be mentioned indeed so no strange things when you are at Zenji. When you pay in cash no additional % is charged. We are sorry your stay did not met your expectations, we tried our best. We hope you enjoyed beautiful StoneTown! Kind regards, the Zenji Team
