Cenger beach otel eşimle geldik 23 Nisan da doğum günüm olduğu için muhteşem bir otel gerçekten temizlik yemek ve özellikle personel özellikle garson kardeşim harun güler yüzlü animasyon da tufan Atakan Enes harika çocuklar gerçekten her anımız eylence ile geçti çok teşekkür ederim her şey için herkese tavsiye ederim yarın son günümüz çok üzgünüm hiç gitmek istemiyorum!

Excellent hotel in all ways we got a real bargain, beautiful hotel with nice rooms, all inclusive and amazing staff,beach just adjoining hotel with sun beds and snack bar would definitely return in the future just wish we had booked longer, entertainment fun and the children loved it ,there is also a kids club where the little ones can spend time in the day to give parents a nice break, shops and other amenities in hotel

The hotel was decent, the pools and slides were fun and the rooms were nice and big, however the staff were beyond rude. Somehow each staff member at reception was the manager. You have to pay extra to have Internet in your room which is ridiculous. The hotel is in a isolated location, to get to the main road its about a 20-25 min walk. My 1yr old nephew was playing in the lobby whilst i used the lobby Internet at around 1am, he was not making any noise whatsoever however a staff member came shouted at us in turkish and switches off all the lights, when i asked why he had done that he tells me the lobby closes at a certain time which is not true,the lobby was 24hrs. The cleaning lady did not once change the bed sheets on the bunk beds, i stayed for a week. The only nice staff member was the guy who owns the arcade other than him everyone els was rude and racist my family was the only pakistani family there. The food wasn't my cup of tea so i lived off chips for a week. The moktails from the bar were quite nice though. My cousin popped a balloon as a joke but this caused the staff to shout at us and kick us out of the cafeteria.

So I came to this hotel 27th September after delay with flight- arrived at 6.30 am with 3 children my husband and elderly nanna,hotel seems okay clean tidy, by the time we got our children into bed at 7am after travelling 16 hours, I had a man claiming to be “our” rep, which he’ wasn’t as I never booked with a package holiday, he phoned our room phone at 8am telling us we HAVE to be in repception at 10 am for meeting!.. this was no meeting this was him Trying to sell us day trips which we were not interested in when we had not slept all night.. anyway after this … my husband noticed a man and woman acting very weird the first day we were there, continuously hanging around the kids pool but with no kids of there own, and he kept Saying he’s sure he’s slyly videoing the kids pool, I just thought he was being over dramatic at first as we have a 3 year old daughter and two ten year old boys. .. but my husband watched him Throughout the day and noticed that then this man and the woman aswell were both taking photos of different children. Then a few hours later my Ten year old son said look up there mum that man is there, he was stood on his balcony from his room over the top of the baby pool fully naked with his manhood out filming the children’s pool again! 😡 .. also later that night we took the kids to the children’s disco, when my husband noticed this man and woman were sat on the front row with no children of there own with there phones out both of them again whispering to each other pointing at different children then pointing to there phones, I was so mad I couldn’t rest this couple were making me feel not safe with my Children around so I thought I’ll Go over and try to took at his phone from behind him To see if he’s definately taking photos of random children… as I walked over and got behind to see the phone the only child On that man’s screen was my three year old he had zoomed right in so it was just her on the screen and was continuously following her every move watching her dance .. then the phone went off then his wife got her phone out and then carried on to follow my child Round with a video… as you can imagine me And husband were furious and disgusted, my husband was ready to kill this man but we did the right think and went to staff at reception first .. we told them everything we had seen from The days, and their reply was ‘what do you want us to do?’ Shrugging there shoulders, after me going mad I was in tears shaking as I felt so unsafe with this guy.. they finally agreed to go have a word with him, the woman came Back to her table the man disappeared for half an hour obviously deleting photos evidence from Phone.. when I asked staff what has been done about the situation they just said nothing we can’t do anything they couple have just said they enjoy taking photos of kids, nothing more we can do about it!.. I told them I felt u safe my child unsafe I wanted this man’s phone looked at, they wouldn’t, I asked them to call the pol

We stayed here in July/August for 2 weeks This place Is definitely not 5 stars but it was good enough for us Our room was spacious comfortable and clean We had room service everyday with clean towels and the fridge was re filled with water and small cartons of juice The pool area was lovely the pool itself is all one depth which was a bit of a problem for me being on the short side 😂the animation team are brilliant and never had a problem getting guests to join in The food wasn’t fantastic but we always found something to eat The doughnuts and ice cream in the afternoon are lovely The beach is nice and is a short walk away it’s half sand with the other half pebbles that lead into the sea I didn’t like this as it caused me problems getting in and out but there was always plenty of others in the water The beach bar was nice too The hotel itself is in the middle of nowhere so you can’t really walk out anywhere we booked 2 trips for each week we were there to break it up a bit I found the staff to be very nice and helpful and didn’t have a problem with any of them A big shout out to Sinan on reception Who was lovely and always had a big smile for us There’s a little shopping arcade in the hotel we’re you can get your genuine fakes like T-shirts bags etc With a spa hairdressers and barbers Also a games room with bowling alley Would I go back? Yes but probably on a girlie holiday It’s an ok hotel if you like lazing round the pool with a few drinks and don’t mind being tucked up in bed by 12:30

This was our third time in Turkey and if I am honest it wasn't the best, the kids didn't like the rocky beach, which I wish I knew about, my youngest daughter didn't even go in as it's little bit deep even at shallow end. I wasn't impressed with the food ,too much salt, it was same food everyday. The worse part in the holiday is that the staff weren't very friendly especially in the restaurant sooo grumpy like they didn't want to be there. Animation team were very nice, my kids enjoyed night entertainment. So it wasn't a complete miss but I wouldn't go back there, I forgot to mention room service, very unsatisfied. We were there for 2 weeks a and my husband has to go down to reception to get more towels. We were 5 and she kept giving us 4 towels and when we complained we got 3 towels the next day......Hilarious . It's a nice hotel but needs a lot of improvement in terms of service and I wouldn't call it a 5 star hotel nooooo.

We wanted to book a 5 star experience, but this was far from it. We where promised, from the website, and EXPECTED: Fitness. Wifi. A discotheque. All inclusive food and drinks. Normal cleaning of room and surroundings. Nice behavior from staff. We got plastic in our food. The discotheque is closed. The furniture at the restaurant is falling apart. Fitness machines weren’t working. Cleaning was lacking in the hotel and rooms. There were chips remains and splatter on the walls when we arrived, and it still hasn’t been cleaned. “Public” toilets (pool and lobby) were smelling and the fact that the light turned off every 10 seconds was annoying. The buffet wasn’t refilled, and food wasn’t inviting or tasteful. The bar doesn’t provide a drink card, and when you ask for drinks, the go to answer is “we are out”. Bartenders doesn’t really seem to want to be serving you. The same with the food. Ask for refill of chicken, “we are out”. Ask for refill of milk, “we are out”. How is this possible on an all inclusive hotel?! The bartenders were rude, and even the guide and transfers from FTI, where we booked the travel, was rude. The Spa doesn’t accept visa, so we had to go outside the hotel to withdraw to pay for 6x hamam. All in all a bad experience and we are still here. The hotel would be 2 or 3 stars, and the staff 1. If only we had known before the booking we would gladly have payed extra for better.

We went as two single parents with our daughters. Had a great time. Lovely spacious room with bunk beds, balcony looking out on mountains. Huge bathroom and good shower. Get up about 7.30 to secure sun beds around pool, but loads on beach no need to reserve them. Had a lovely hamam in spa - haggle to get best price. Loads of food choices in restaurant. Turkish night was amazing - chef really impressed. A la carte fish restaurant was nice experience. Snack bar was same food every lunch so we sometimes went to restaurant instead. Kids liked going to kids club - Erab was amazing with kids has degree in English. Magician was best entertainment. Great for chilled family holiday - kids are happy and entertained so parents can relax. Bring a few euros for the bowling/pool tables and arcade. Lots of other nationalities not many English.

You know it’s bad when even the staff tell you it’s “very bad hotel”!! When we arrived, they put us in a family room with bunk beds when I paid for interconnected rooms. They said “we fully booked, it’s a YOU problem “ Nice! Terrible service apart from the FEW people that clean up, they seem nice. The Hookah place is nice too. One tip PAY CASH, NOT CARD AND GET A RECEIPT!! I was scammed out of hundreds of pounds from the jewellery shop (they’ll tell you it’s real but it’s all fake) and by the hotel itself saying I used the internet, but I used my own data. The food is exactly the same EVERY night. We’re actually glad it’s our last day and get to go home tonight. I wouldn’t recommend this at all, especially after paying £3,700 with Holiday Gems! Totally miss sold. Also, the floors are so greasy everywhere, even with sandals on I saw at least 10 people fall over. I nearly fell several times and my 12 year old slipped on the floor 3 times. BE WARNED! I only gave this 1 star as there was no option to give zero.
