You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note - The hotel does not accept American Express. Guests should be aware that breakfast is not available. Anti-social behaviour is not permitted at the property. Guests will be asked to leave if behaving inappropriately or creating excessive noise disturbance. No refund will be given. Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary. There is a strict no-smoking policy at the property. Guests found to be violating this rule will be fined a penalty of GBP 100 per day.
