Beautiful place wonderful people

This place is quintessential Swiss. Adorable, hotel, friendly staff, perfect sized rooms, complimentary buffet breakfast, restaurant and bar (that make the best Hugo’s I’ve had so far in Switzerland). They offered of free Gemmi pass for the gondola to go the top of the mountain and the pass could be used for other various activities, which we didn’t get to take advantage of (this could save you approx $25 CHF). They also offered discounted tickets to the thermal spa in town (which is a must do after a long hike). This hotel is centrally located in town but it’s also right next to the clock tower, which goes off every 15 minutes and then what I call random chiming on the hour. It can be a bit much right next to it. Also, room 15 is right next to the door to go down to the restaurant and reception so it might be a little more noisy. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this place and I loved the staff and they were very helpful, and spoke English.

This is s a cute alpine hotel in the thermal water and mountain village of Leukerbad. The family that runs the hotel is friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The main problem with this hotel that caused me to give such a low rati g is its very poor internet. You can not connect reliability and may waste hours trying. They shoukd advertise they do not have internet it is so poor. Anyone who needs an internet connection should use one of the many hotels in Leukerbad, all of which have better internet service. We stayed a few nights. The manager is very friendly and welcoming. The room has a nice view and the bedding is correct. There is not too much noise. The breakfast is quite varied. The hotel's decoration is typical of the region, it is very cute. The city is very pretty.

Freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastfamilie. Morgenbuffet ist reichhaltig und genügend von allem.

Propreté et literie parfaite. Personnel attentionné et accueillant. Nous y retournerons en famille. A conseiller! Endroit parfait pour ce reposer et pour se sentir bien. Restaurant tout à fait bien et des légumes frais. Le patron Daniel nous fait sentir comme à la maison.
